CaseMagic ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our iOS app.

2. Data We Collect

Photos: Images you select or capture stay on your device. We don't upload them to our servers.

Generated Wallpapers: Stored locally on your device.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics (app crashes, feature usage) via Firebase to improve the app.

Subscription Info: Apple handles all payment data. We only know if you have an active subscription.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide core app functionality (wallpaper generation)
• Track free session limits (stored locally)
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Process subscription status

4. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google): Analytics, crash reporting. Firebase Privacy

Apple (StoreKit): Subscription payments. Apple Privacy

5. Data Storage

All photos and generated images stay on your device. We don't have cloud storage or user accounts.

6. Your Rights

• Delete app to remove all local data
• Manage photo permissions in iOS Settings
• Cancel subscription anytime via App Store

7. Children's Privacy

App not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes posted here with new date.
